TradeAfrika is not the seller and does not handle returns or refunds directly.
Vendor Responsibility
All returns and refunds are managed by the individual vendor from whom the product was purchased.
Vendors are responsible for:
Defining their return and refund policies
Processing return requests
Issuing refunds where applicable
Customers must review the vendor’s return policy before making a purchase.
EU Consumer Rights
Where applicable, customers within the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
This right applies to eligible products and must be handled directly with the vendor.
