Deutsche Post (DHL) DHL Express is a division of the German logistics company Deutsche Post DHL providing international courier, parcel, and express mail services. Deutsche Post DHL is the world’s largest logistics company operating around the world, particularly in sea and air mail. All deliveries outside Ghana are usually met within 7 to 10 working days. International Deliveries are handled through DHL.   Express Mail Service (EMS) All Courier services are provided  through Express Mail Service (EMS); which is a postal express service for documents and merchandise within Ghana; and from Ghana to other countries. All deliveries within Ghana will be met within 7 working days and will be delivered with EMS. Local Deliveries are handled through EMS.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Whilst we hope that you will never have to go through our complaints procedure, however we feel it’s important to have one in place to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Upon receiving your order if there is anything wrong with it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any problems. Once we acknowledge fault, we will exchange items or issue a full refund, as long all returns are and in mint condition fully sealed. We will not issue a refund or exchange on any items that have been unsealed or used. Any complaint that is not received within 24 hours of delivery will be still be dealt with, however we will not issue a refund or exchange. So once your order is received please make sure you check the item immediately.
